service dept was top notch for the people I worked with . good communication and got to my towed on car fairly quickly. just one guy ruined the whole customer experience. as a 1st time Infinity owner and first time to dealership, one rude and pretty offensive guy spoiled all the food work service did... with his behavior k. where I should work and under breathe crappy words he aolpoke as he walked away . I hope to never have to visit them place again.. you'd think maybe you'd treat a first time customer well... maybe they be back, maybe buy another of your cars .. sorry, not likely. I know where I'm poorly treated.
I’ve always had excellent experiences at Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti, largely thanks to my usual service advisor, Jerry Brown. Jerry is thorough, professional, and always takes the time to clearly explain the work being done on my vehicle. He sets a high standard for customer service. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I was assigned to a different advisor, Taylor Price, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I called three times and left two voice messages, one of which specifically asked why the cost of the repair had increased. I received no response—no returned calls, no explanation—until I was contacted only to be told my car was ready. The only "answer" I received was the invoice being sent to my phone. This kind of disregard for customer communication
I recently bought a 2024 Nissan Armada Platinum from Dreyer & Reinbold, which I am really happy with. The vehicle had a damaged connector underneath, sort of an obscure location and after bringing it to the service manager Mr Daniels attention he was able to get a replacement part quickly which was probably not that easy to locate not being a common item. I scheduled the appointment and Brad the service tech did an incredible job and after the fix while my vehicle was still on the lift made a short video of his outstanding workmanship explaining everything. You don't find this type of outstanding service very often at dealerships. Well done, and this should be in the back of everyone's mind when choosing where to buy a vehicle. The relationships and the way people are treated matter.
This was my first time here for service on my Infiniti. Taylor, Sue, and Erika were all beyond lovely! I talked to Sue prior to bringing my vehicle in… she was very kind, helpful, and efficient. Erika let me chat her ear off while I waited for my car and Taylor got me in and out in about an hour. Pricing was competitive and this dealership seems to operate at a much “calmer” pace than what I’m used to. Everyone seemed to operate with a sense of urgency yet no one was running around stressed, irritable, or overworked (or at least you couldn’t tell). They definitely earned my business!
They were responsive until after I paid my invoice. No response after I realized my wiper fluid/washers don’t work. They checked ✅ OK on the inspection. Still waiting for a response. Also they had my car for three days to complete routine maintenance and service. While they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience, I was a first time customer, and not impressed, *especially* when there is no response 24 hours after bringing an oversight/issue to their attention. I added one star after a member of the service team responded to my voicemail within 24 hours.
