Brian provided truly tremendous customer service from start to finish. In a time when many places have struggled with customer service since COVID, this was absolutely not an issue here. Brian was attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time, never pressuring us and always making sure our questions were fully answered. Even while the dealership was busy, he made us feel like a priority and ensured the process was smooth and stress-free. If I could give less than a star I would. They do not follow up or call back waited days to hear back from some one. Got an approval verbal in office shook hands with finance manager said I was good to go then when the numbers came back on actual paper they were completely different from what was discussed. They insisted I purchase there vehicle warranty or else they wouldn’t make money off the deal with me because of my BAD credit as they said.When I finally decided to go else were got a better vehicle lower miles was in and out had a approval in a hour of submitting actual paperwork to back what I was told and left in my new car. DriveNMotion just wanted to play games. Would nit recommend.
