We’re Aztek Automotive, and we’ve purchased from Drive Power LLC in Wauconda several times. Less than a year ago, we bought a transmission from them (with a 3-year warranty stated on the invoice) and installed it ourselves. The transmission failed, and now they’re refusing to honor the warranty. Very disappointing, especially given our history as a repeat customer. Poor communication and no accountability. We can no longer recommend Drive Power LLC.
