The treatment was extremely poor and illegal. I went to the company to rent a yellow taxi, and I had all the legal documents issued by New York State. The employee asked me how old my TLC license was, and I told her that I had obtained it this month. She told me that the company's policy is not to rent yellow cars to new drivers who have had their TLC license for less than a one year!!!??? This is against the law. New York City granted us a TLC license after thorough review, hard work, and successfully passing all the tests with a score of over 70%.

The best company I have ever rented from by far!!! As long as you pay your good and they work with you for days not to mention all of their cars are nearly new with no problems. I pray you guys come back to Atlanta 🙏❤️

I started driving with them months ago. I started with the black car for a week. Then I changed to a yellow cap. From my experience with other garages, I would say this is the best garage in the city. Very friendly and kind staff. They will treat you with all respect. Especially David in the Uber section and lyric from the yellow section shout out to em.

I have been driving a Sally vehicle for over a year. The help desk team has been excellent and always tried their best to assist me. Most of the staff were courteous and professional. However, I did encounter one individual at the mechanic shop — someone with long hair — who was very rude. Aside from that experience, everything else has been perfectly fine.
