Drive & Shine Car Wash and Oil Change

Best car wash I’ve ever been to. The wash itself is fantastic and always makes the truck look fantastic. Their interior detailing shop is one of a kind. Well worth the extra money. Especially during very cold and very warm months. They have everything you could possibly need. The staff is very friendly and professional and they work quickly. Highly recommend Drive and shine for both your car washes and even oil changes. Thank you!

This is aimed at the car wash and the interior cleaning portion. I have the highest tier package. I understand this is an older location and it doesn’t have everything the new ones do. This car wash has brushes that are improperly balanced which gives the driver side a very deep wash but gives the passenger side a light touch. Both mirrors continue to get pushed in and out the entire wash. Some spots get missed but that’s always the case with automatic washes. Now the interior cleaning is self service only they do not offer the staff service which is a downside if you pay for the service monthly. My two big issues with their self service is they need to get rid of those outdated mat cleaners and swap to the wash sinks the new locations have. They also need to add tire shine items to touch

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with him about your detailing services, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the options available, including what is included in the detail service and how the process works. He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. What truly stood out to me was his customer service. Kobe was kind, courteous, and genuinely attentive. Had a great experience at Drive & Shine Car Wash today. I had a really nice conversation with the new manager (I regret forgetting his name) about discounted oil changes—since I’m a member, I was already aware, but it was still great customer engagement. Kolby was especially helpful. He showed me how to properly wash my winter mats using the sprayer and then dry them with the air blower—surprisingly effective! Big thank you to Kolby for his kind personality, patience, and helpfulness. Great service all around!

Kobe was the best he showed me how to use the facility. He was a very nice respectful, young man. I appreciate that his simle was contagious.
