I had a great experience at Driven Auto Care. I brought my Mercedes in for service, as well as my other car, and they did a very great job on both. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with each vehicle and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and high quality. Both cars have been running perfectly since the visit. The shop is clean and organized, and you can tell they truly care about their customers and their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who delivers quality service at a fair price, I highly recommend Driven Auto Care. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs!

I was very pleased. The customer area had a nice feel to it. Well thought out for the customer to relax in. Arun at the front desk was very informative. Told me exactly what needed to be done to my car and explained in detail what the technician would be doing. Arun gave me an accurate quote up front. The total cost of the service done was very reasonable. Because it was going to take a couple of hours, Arun provided me with a drop off and pick up service which I liked. He made sure I knew the drivers name and what model of car they would be driving. I plan on staying with Driven Auto Care for all my car service.

In my experience, this is the best place to go for your maintenance or ur modification. They’re flexible but it is not the cheapest place. I’m definitely going to them for everything. Best customer service!
