I wanted to find something close to my work and luckily I found this gem. Communication was excellent prior to my visit to ensure I was getting the right service (transmission fluid and filter change for my truck). I have been very happy with Taylor Automotive. They have done good work on my older Toyota Camry several times now and for very fair prices. Communication has been excellent. I highly recommend them, noting that several other San Jose locals have also mentioned to me that they like this business. I suspect other negative reviews are due to people from other cultures having difficulty with understanding the owner's accent or other unreasonable expectations.

Great experience. Finished when they said it would be done. Contacted me with repair bid for approval. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely go back.
