Around four months ago, I was searching for a new shop to service my vehicles. After a long online search, I came across Driven Automotive. What initially stood out to me was the number of positive reviews they had. I decided to take my vehicle to them for some services it needed. The dealership was charging way too much, and Driven Automotive quoted me a much more reasonable price for the same services. After just one experience with them, I understood why they have so many positive reviews online. My 2002 Dodge PU needed a head gasket repair. Having been to a different auto shop for prior repairs, found the price higher than expected and so searched for a well respected shop. Thats how I found Driven. From my first phone conversation with Jason who was happy to explain everything I questioned, sent me the estimate detailing everything they would be doing and also telling me low end, and high end if the valve heads were damaged, I felt confident that this was the place to go. Jason stayed in touch during repairs to update me including letting me know the heads were fine so the pricing offered would be the lower not the higher, and again the Friday that it was done but they wanted to do a drive test before having it back Monday. I am very grateful for EVERYTHING that these guys did for my daughter‘s vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from a used car lot a few months ago, and it turns out I bought a major problem. All I have to say is that these guys went above beyond to get her car repaired and running again! Their communication was great and felt they were very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and even the things that we could wait on and have repaired later. Jason and the crew took very good care of our 2007 Escalade EVS. Not only did they have the best price and best reviews, they went above and beyond by replacing a few other items while they were doing the original repair at ZREO cost. They definitely won another life customer! Jason was very helpful and communicated very well. Folks, it's hard to find good auto shops these days...give DRIVEN AUTOMOTIVE a try!

I had a great experience here. Best vibe I’ve gotten from a mechanic in long time. Women are always taken advantage of when coming into a shop on their own and wasn’t at all what I experienced. Very trustworthy! I will definitely be going back
