Driven Collision always does a great job for me. Every-time I am amazed by the timing, communication, caring and exact detail that they put into the transaction. A week and a half later I’m back with my vehicle!!! Highly recommend !!! Better than anyone in Jackson. I drive an hour just to come to this shop

I love how nice and inviting everyone was in the store! They spent lots of time explaining to me how everything works and answered my silly questions and made me feel a lot better. They even helped me with the rental car situation by explaining what to do. I love that they vacuumed my car as well! Highly recommend!!

Super thankful for everyone at Driven Collision who helped me get home safely for Thanksgiving! I was 10 minutes into my drive home when my splash shield came loose and was dragging along under my car. I pulled off the highway to take a look at what happened when I noticed that Driven Collision was right there! As someone with limited car knowledge, I was very happy when I went inside and explained my situation that the staff was so willing to help. After a few minutes, they told me I was safe to get back on the road and head home. Thank you!!!
