I had an excellent experience at Driver’s Edge Auto Repair today. I was greeted at the door by Steve, who immediately took care of me even though I arrived without an appointment. He let me pull my car right up to the front and performed an on-the-spot inspection. The diagnostics included clear photos and detailed explanation, and he quoted me a fair, transparent price for the repair. They took the car in right away and even provided a complimentary ride home while the work was being done. Angel drove me back and forth—friendly, professional, and right on time. The total turnaround was about two hours, and everything was handled efficiently and respectfully. Informative. Pleasant. Fast turn around and quick scheduling. I know some days they may be swamped, but I highly appreciated that Juan was on it from the time I called requesting a quote over the phone which he provided and remained true to the amount upon pick vehicle pick up. The final balance was even bit lower than quoted. They worked on our car's belts, valve caps, tires and balance. Took 2 days to do it all. Will definitely return with our other vehicle. I feel they know their trade well and keep you informed throughout the process with pictures and recommendations, but never pushy.

Fantastic service! They fixed my car quickly, and gave me a great price! I also want to say a special thank you to the tech who stayed late and waited for me until 6:30pm to pickup my car after the store closed at 6!! That shows a fabulous customer service! I highly recommend this place!

I went to Driver’s Edge for my state inspection. Steve waited on me. I couldn’t be more pleased. He handled the entire process with precision, professionalism and in a timely manner. We talked about further services that he assured me would be handled in the same manner. I have a Porsche and am rather dissatisfied with the escalating costs of the dealership.
