The DriveTime operation is impressive. I had an opportunity to view the plant and see what they do. It inspects and scrutinizes the cars it brings in, finds any flaws or things needing repair and then fixes 'em up. The employees are friendly and motivated and the working conditions well lighted and organized.
Just hope a certain mechanic doesn’t work on your car. Youll know which one when it’s getting towed back
Astronauts will answer your calls from Mars before anyone answers your calls from this place.
Apparently they are under staffed because you can't get anyone to answer a phone at this place!!!
Ignorant and unprofessional. Poor at communicating and helping others.
