If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! Started the process online. It was seamless and took less than 15min. The team at DriveTime - Bradenton were exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Grace. She took the time to help me find the car I was looking for. She did not rush me or the process. She was understanding, empathetic and professional. Absolutely amazing experience! Had to unexpectedly shop for a new car and Drive Time was just down the street from us so we decided to try there first, and I'm so glad we did! We were first met by Joshua who was fantastic, and he set us up with Damaris who took care of us, and she was phonemenal! I went in with no real clue of what I wanted, so she pulled and let me test drive 4 different vehicles and never once made it seem like it was an inconvenience, even though we kept them there past closing! The entire process was very smooth and flawless, and STRESS FREE, and I drove off in a beautifully detailed vehicle! If you're in need of a car, I 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Bradenton Drive Time. I had went to a previous dealership who was very unwilling to work with me. I left determined to drive away in a car today. I had another appointment at Drive Time. So I went there hoping they would be able to work with me. Damaris spent time with me to make sure that I had all of my needs met. She is incredible at what she does. And I would HIGHLY recommend coming to buy a car from her. I am leaving with a new car today!
