I had a really uncomfortable experience at the DriveTime on Beechmont and feel like others should be aware before going there. From the moment I was introduced to the salesman, I felt unwelcome in the establishment. I tried explaining my situation and what I was looking for in a car, but was met with a monotone attitude and little engagement. We were never taken out to the lot to actually look at vehicles or be walked through our options. When he finally went to get a car for us to see, he disappeared for about 30 minutes and returned with an SUV that was $5,000 more than the one I originally asked about.
