Our sales rep, Cherry was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. That being said, 1,400 miles later the engine went into reduced power mode and the oil was disappearing at an alarming rate. At $8 per quart for 0w20 I was not interested in screwing around with this problem so they handed me off to their "warranty" place SilverRock Auto. DriveTime won't even talk about the fact that they said the vehicle had been serviced before we bought the car. Yet there was no wiper fluid in it and the engine oil was bone dry when the power reduction mode kicked in. To be continued on my Silverrock Auto review..........
