I recently had the pleasure of working with Dena-Marie Barbour at Drive Time, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment she answered the phone to when my husband and I walked in, she made us feel welcome and valued as customers. Her extensive knowledge about the vehicle we inquired about, its features, and financing options truly impressed us both. Although her shift was over, she waited for us to arrive from N.J. to help us and, this made a significant difference in our car shopping experience. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Also grateful for supplying coloring pencils and coloring pages to keep our 5-year-old child entertained while we spoke. Charles Ingram was amazing! I arrived, and he had me in a car within 35 to 40 minutes! He made sure I was comfortable and checked that everything in the vehicle was working. My wife and I went to buy a new car today. This was the easiest and most enjoyable time. Our sales woman Dena-Marie was not only knowable but helpful and polite. I went into Drive Time in jam, needed a car right away with very little down payment. Everywhere else kept denying me and they helped me with out hesitation or trouble! I’m forever grateful to Matthew the general manager and Charles my salesman. They were the nicest, most respectful and helpful dealership I’ve dealt with. Brought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson (VIN # KM8J2CA4XJU790091) in March 2024. Soon as I pulled off the lot, the car felt like it wasn’t picking up speed. I took it to Meineke as advised by DriveTime. Advised that it was the catalytic converter, but covered under the 30 day warranty DriveTime gave on the cars. It took LITERALLY 28 days for the warranty coverage to take affect to cover the cost of the repair. The reps on the warranty’s end were taking their sweet time to send information over to Meineke. Was about to say it was too late to cover it, until I advised them that the paperwork was processed BEFORE the 30 day window! I got fed up, asked to pick the car up to take it back to DriveTime. DriveTime said I had to bring it back within 7 days of purchase. Well! The car has been in the shop sinc
