Me and my husband went to Drive Time for an appointment and the female Nicole at the front desk was rude and has no people or customer service skills, to be honest at first I thought it was because I was a Black female, however when my husband address the issue about the appointment she was just as nasty and he is Caucasian so it's just her demeanor. The five stars came from the service we received from Josep our sales rep he was wonderful. I highly recommend going to see him or Selina and using Drive Time was the best decision we made to purchase a 2022 Altima at a great price for our grandson. I would highly recommend you try them out.

This was the easiest process I've ever gone through. I have never purchased a car and it go as smoothly as it did. Joseph was absolutely incredible and made what I thought was impossible possible!!! Tysm! ❤️🥰

Nicole upfront has a horrible attitude and she treats customers horribly. She acts as though she can belittle and be condescending to people because you’re desperate for even being one of their customers. I wanted a wrangler, specifically for the color. And brought my daughter to possibly purchase her first car too. I would have been buying my wrangler without financing, and my daughter wanted to finance to build her credit. We already test drove yesterday, so today was just seeing the inside of one more car for my daughter before she made a final decision. After 10+ mins of waiting, I asked how much longer and if we could just have the car unlocked so we could see it while we waited. Nicole was dismissive and flat out rude, I became uncomfortable and said maybe we should take our business

Excellent experience. Everyone that I talked with was extremely friendly and professional. Very pleased with the entire process. I cannot say enough great things about the sales team. They were patient and went beyond making my experience the best it could possibly be. There was zero pressure to make the sale, which is very refreshing.
