I have to give 3 stars because. The customer service was wonderful. The environment was great. Chris really worked with us he is really a nice person who try to be as honest as possible.. It still is a car dealership and they still are on commission. I bought my grandson who is 19 years old, and his first car he was excited. I was calm because I already knew what was going to happen. Car insurance for him was so high I mean through the roof.. I know that the finance company is taking a chance on everybody who comes through the door, but the interest rate was ridiculous. The price of the car change from 15,000 to 18,000 way higher. So he's paying over $40000 for a used car with flaws like it's a new car.. I did my application online while i was working and called chris to see if the car i wanted was available, he made sure to hold the keys until i got there. As soon as i walked in yolanda was there waiting on me. Got me in and out quickly as possible so i could return back to work. Down payments for a brand new 2025 low mileage was surprisingly lower than expected. They helped me through the whole process. 10/10 recommended. Thank you to the whole staff

I had a very pleasant experience here. Josh and Chris were very welcoming and helpful beyond words. I was in a tough situation, and they were able to work with me to get me into a reliable vehicle that I'm extremely happy with. Chris patiently walked me through every detail of the buying process. Chris also made sure that my new ride had all the features I wanted. The best part is Chris and Josh got me approved and into a new car quickly and effortlessly (on my part).
