From the moment we walked in the door everything went better than we could have expected. The manager Victoria was amazing. She greeted us immediately and was able to answer all of our questions right away. Once we walked around the lot we were introduced to Ryan. Ryan Gordon was tasked with seeing us through to the end. He walked us through all of the financing and level set the expectations. It was all seamless. We ended up getting what my daughter wanted and what she can afford. Her car is perfect for her. Buyer Beware – Tampa Location I returned a vehicle to the Tampa location that I originally purchased from the Lakeland store. I can now see that the same vehicle is currently listed for sale here in Tampa. The sunroof was broken and leaking when I had it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the sunroof and checking for leaks before purchasing. Don’t assume everything has been fully repaired or disclosed. Make sure you carefully review the vehicle, ask detailed questions, and even take it through a car wash during your test drive to check for leaks. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
