Just bought a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE from Scott yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car has only 38,000 miles on it and is in great condition, exactly as described. It looked nice and seems to be serviced as advertised. He was incredibly nice and professional, and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. He took the time to explain every step of the purchase and was very patient with all of our questions. I had a long drive from Mountain View, and Scott was kind enough to wait for me to arrive in the evening. The entire transaction was straightforward and stress-free. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could ! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car, the owner of this shop is amazing! I got my car for a great price, he didn’t try and charge me anything extra just tax and license, that was it! He also ordered me a spare key for my 2022 VW and paid for key and programming. I recently purchased a motorcycle from Scott with DriveX. It was a great experience from start to finish. Scott was very prompt communicating with me and up front about everything. I truly appreciate his willingness to accommodate my work schedule as well with meeting me quite late after hours so I could pick up the motorcycle. He also saved me a lot of time with the DMV and that was fantastic. The plate and sticker literally arrived the next day. Scott is truly a pleasure to work with.
