There was an animal (like a chipmunk) that ate the wiring underneath my car causing my Honda to have the check engine light on it. He was able to explain the situation and went above and beyond. He does very detailed work and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

My daughter was recently in an accident and her truck was towed by this company. The situation was already stressful, but the receptionist—who I believe is also the owner—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes multiple times and was unnecessarily nasty during our interaction. It made a tough situation even harder. On the other hand, the man who I believe is the owner was cordial and respectful. It’s unfortunate the first impression was so negative, especially when dealing with people going through a crisis.

I had my truck towed to Hyway Motors EHC after an accident last night, and I was really hoping for some support during this tough time. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The lady owner was extremely rude; she rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to figure everything out ,and was just out right nasty , which felt very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. It made an already stressful situation feel even worse. On the other hand, I want to give credit to the man owner, who was very nice and understanding. He tried to help as much as he could, which I truly appreciated. It's a shame that my interaction with the lady owner overshadowed the positive experience I had with him.
