Had taken my 2001Ford F-150 in for an oil leak that was happening when I bought it used, I checked it myself at time of purchase and got opinion from others, so I knew where the leaking was coming from (Head Gasket). Took it in at Drury they sent me to Quality Automotive, told them specifically I needed oil leak fix and instead of fixing the main leak (reason for taking to them) they kept having me come back to fix the other seals every where else that wasn't leaking and charged me thousands of dollars ( took entire tax return) to do it which I needed to get to a family member who passed away to pay respects. When they finally realized I had no more money, they finally spotted leak that I originally went in for and didn't fix it, now I have antifreeze mixing into my oil and truck is not dr

I've had work done here twice the first was a major issue and took sum time to get done, but in the end worth the wait. The most recant I was driving and issue started I called drove there and Daniel found problem right away fixed the next morning. Daniel and Kellie are great to work with and know their stuff. We put new steering tires in our class c motorhome and needed an alignment. Drury Automotive did a great job not only with the alignment but brought to our attention another safety issue. They quickly took care of that too. Very happy with their work, promptness and friendly staff.

Thank you to the team at Drury Automotive Repair, last winter I was passing through Cedar Falls, Iowa in route back to Kansas City in my semi when it gelled up in -30° temperatures. I got in contact with Drury Automotive, they came out in a timely manner. While I warmed up in their service truck. One of the techs worked through the frigid temperatures and changed my fuel filters to get me on the road again. We got my semi truck back to their shop, and they added treated diesel fuel to my truck and added more anti gel. Drury team did a great job on an engine replacement for me. Timeline and price was as projected. Small antifreeze leak was found after and they were able to help get a fix in Marshalltown saving me a trip back to their shop. Much appreciated!
