Excellent customer service, I must have called 10 times to ask questions, and Mark picked up quickly every time and was super helpful. The shuttle service and veteran discount is a huge differentiator. I got a RC 2 inch lift, 33 inch tires, and new rear rotors, all done in a day. I appreciated them putting on a new camber kit and inquiring about the status of my brakes. Everything looks great, and after a few days of driving, I'm extremely pleased with the new driving experience, smooth and more capable in the turns. The stock suspension had me leaning and wobbling everywhere.

I cannot thank Chris, Mark and the DTM team for their passion to support their customers. I was recently on what was a mid-week day off to take a leisurely drive from my home in Connecticut into southern NH to enjoy the area. Unfortunately my older VW started acting up. My savior was limping the car to DTM as I knew of them from years ago. Long story short, the team graciously juggled my car into their busy schedule, assisted in renting a car for me, kept me fully up to date over the 24 hours they had my VW, analyzed and addressed the issue, and got me back home in the VW the next day. Great people to work with!

DTM destroyed my 1988 BMW M6. I paid them $10k to rust repair and repaint the vehicle. The paint is chipped, cracking and has rust bubbling through the new paint. They did not reassemble anything, instead just piled the parts (missing some!) into the car. The whole thing needs to be redone. I also had them repaint a 1970 911 which they also lost parts of, has numerous rust spots, they put almost twice as much oil in it as they should have, and they sandblasted all of the original identification placards. This place is a joke and I look forward to seeing them in court!

We brought our 2018 VW Tiguan to DTM Autowerks in Milford, NH and paid a total of $4,238.67 over multiple visits. After the first repair, they returned the car with the check engine light still on, despite saying it passed state inspection. When we questioned it, we were told they had to “run it a bunch of times to get the light to clear” — which doesn’t feel honest or safe. The car was returned multiple times, eventually leaving us with a non-starting vehicle that sprayed fuel from underneath when cranked. When we called for help, we were told “Tiguans are junk” and to “just sell it and buy Japanese.” We explained we had no money left and needed this car for daily travel to Boston for cancer treatment, and we were ignored. After everything, our lender is repossessing the car on July

DTM did a fantastic job of helping out this driving school! They removed the instructor brake from one car and installed it in my new Camry. The work was flawless, the staff were communicative and sensitive to the specific needs of this job. I feel very safe with the brake installation. They listened to my needs of having the proper placement and sensitivity of the brake pedal, and repairing the old vehicle to like new where the brake had been removed. Thank you!
