A specific individual, a heavyset gentleman with prominent ear piercings, has been consistently scamming me since my initial interaction. He withholds crucial information and resorts to excessive account fees. When confronted about the situation, he adopts a victim-blaming stance.

Price went from $120-$140 for radio installation to $280 plus tax, adding radio to my suv, price went up because they had to remove back right panel to access amplifier, and they had me purchased a amp wiring bypass harness, and act like like they didn't know that's part of the work for installation, I felt like I was being hustled, I got nervous everytime the service manager came to talk to me because it felt like he wanted me to spend $500+ for a $50 radio installation then wanted to charge me a additional separate $380 to install rear camera that came already with the radio, plug n play installation(it felt like plug and Pay),And to top it all off the speaker wire connection that came with the radio was in my suv all this time, and it magically went missing, so installation was halted b

I had a very disappointing experience qt this auto shop , the staff was rude and they kept giving me different stories about my car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.
