Dual Automotive

We were recommended to come here by an Autozone employee. They were able to squeeze us in even though they closed within ten minutes of our arrival to run a test and reset a code for us! They were very friendly and helpful!

I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their vehicle to Dual Automotive. I took my car in to fix the coolant that was leaking out and also get a oil change. When I got my vehicle back on the way home the check engine light came on. I never had a problem with the engine before taking it to them. So i decided to check the oil. NO OIL WAS IN THE VEHICLE. They told me everything was fixed. THE COOLANT STARTED LEAKING AGAIN. SO EXACTLY WHAT DID YALL FIXED. You guys need to evaluate yourself and stop taking money from customers and not completing the job.

I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend dual automotive !! I had an engine replacement and it was an awful experience. When I got the car back it was almost 2 quarts low on oil. It's obvious the engine came out the top , the marks from the crow bar in the engine bay prove that, when it should have come out the bottom. Went back and forth for 2 months about a low oil pressure light, that I was told up and down it was the catalytic converter. Shock Factor. It was not. The vehicle needed a new O2 sensor (which should have been recommended in the first place with a engine replacement)and a new oil pan because they put on a rusted & dented oil pan with the replacement engine. Start to finish, I felt like I was treated as a 2nd class citizen because I was a female. Almost like they wanted to se
