Dublin Mazda Parts

I called the parts department in the morning and asked for a cargo screen, they had one in-stock. I showed up less than an hour later, and the person there was super friendly and helpful and honored a coupon! I was super thrilled with their professionalism and they even offered to open the bulky box for me. How they treated me actually has caused me to consider going back. A few months ago I tried to get through to the service department and never got a call back. They should let the Parts staff handle their customer service. ;-) Next test will be with the service dept again...maybe...
