Dubois Battery

These guys are great. I figured a battery was a battery when it comes to an off road vehicle. Boy was I wrong. They made sure to get me exactly what I needed and at a reasonable price.

Luke has been awesome both times I've stopped in! Very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get my sons 24 volt back to a great run time. Also was very willing to honor their warranty.

I have gotten several calls from this place about a scooter, from a guy named Mike, I called back to let them know they had the wrong number because i didn’t want someone to not end up with a scooter yk? and the guy answered and I told him and he was so rude about it and said “okay” in the most disrespectful voice!

stop by on a Wednesday for a specialized battery. Should’ve known when the clerk wrote it down on a Post-it note that I was doomed. He promised me that it would be in by UPS by that Friday. I stopped back on that Friday and was advised that nobody seem to know anything about my stopping by. Again requested that the specialized battery that only cost $15 be ordered. I was assured that it would be ordered and that I would be called when it came in. After another week, I stopped by again, and again no one seem to know anything about it. a different clerk wrote a note and said that he was going to leave it on the bosses desk. Never heard from anyone. I went ahead on Amazon and received the battery that I needed within two days really disappointing considering that I’ve done business with that

They were able to get my power wheels toys working for my kids so fast and they were so friendly and kind! Would HIGHLY recommend!
