Duck's Kar Care

My air conditioner went out in my car, so I called this place to see if they could add freon to my car. The owner told me to come up there. So I came and after he couldn't do it, he said to come back tomorrow when he had some help. So I called him the next morning to see what time should I come. He said he would call me and let me know. So around 6 pm, I called him, but I hung up. He immediately called me back. I said hey, you must forgot about me. And he scolded me and talked to me as if I was a child. Then he hung up in my face. Who do he think he is to talk to anyone this way! The customer service I received was very poor, rude and disrespectful. You shouldn't have a shop if you don't know how to communicate with people!

Unprofessional. I called to get a quote on a car detail as I was met with sarcastic remarks and someone who clearly had no idea how to speak to people. There are better places to get work done where they are more professional about providing services

Never personally had a car detailed here but needed freon and he put it in my vehicle in between working on other customer's cars. I recommend this establishment.

Did a great job cleaning my SUV which went through a massive snowstorm in Colorado. Very pleased with the service and always enjoy visiting with Duck.

Great service and fair prices. I will be back to get my car washed and detailed. Highly recommend!
