Due Now - Official Inspection Station #3

The inspector was having a full conversation with someone whose inspection was already done and I waited for about 10 minutes before I asked is they were even open. He said “yes he’ll be with me soon” so I went back to my car, waited another 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. He proceeded to converse with the gentleman, who wasn’t even in the car being inspected, and vape in the inspection station. If he was actually working I would understand waiting but to be completely ignored is another thing. I decided to leave and go somewhere else and I was pulling out they decided to come knock on my window. No, thank you

First of all I am writing this review on a Thursday morning at 8:23 in the morning and they are still not open.... The first time I came here for an inspection they charged me $20 some odd dollars and told me my tent was too dark... Yes I was shocked because I have passed many times before but I was even more shocked when zabrina told me I have a year to get it fixed.... She told me if a cop stops me because my tent is too dark during that year all I would have to do is show them the vehicle inspection report that says I failed for my tent being too dark and they would give me a pass... .... The inspectors name was zabrina Ramirez...They are absolutely spreading misinformation... They are not open when they say they will be.... And they charge way too much money for a simple inspection...

This tech in image is rude as all get out!! All I did is ask why it costs so much more than everywhere else in town and he says "welp I asked u if you ever been here before (which he never asked btw) so you are just gonna have to go somewhere else" then proceeds to just walk off. Attitude, short, turns his back as you are speaking. He left the cones blocking my car in also so as I got out to move them he came walking up like as though to intimidate me w his chest out and chin up and says "is there a problem" and that's when I said “yes, actually there is, your attitude is grungy and I would like to know if you're the owner” he said no and turned to walk away again so I asked for his name so that I could include him in my complaint but he refused his name so I took a picture as he was walki

This place sucks. 20.00 inspections? Everybody else charges 7.00 ! Plus they are slow and zero care about service. 20 minutes do far and no one in the bay a d a line of cars waiting.

This was my first time in two years having to renew, I picked this location cause it was right next to my apartment. I was shocked at how great the service was, I was serviced by Diego. He was very professional, nice, fast as well as knowledgeable about what was needed and made a stressful task seem less stressful. I will be coming back to this location every year moving forward, thanks Diego!!
