My 2025 vehicle had about 200 miles on it when I ended up with a deep scratch on the tailgate. Dulude’s fixed and painted the scratch and my vehicle looks like day I purchased it. I could not be happier with the job and the turn around time. Highly recommend this business.

After an ice storm passed through I went off the road and into a tree at 40+mph just after leaving my house on Fairfield hill. These guys were great! Very professional and had great customer service. They called me to update me on how it was going. The longest part was just waiting for parts to come in. They even gave it an ice car wash after. Will certainly be going back to them if I have any other issues and/or want any work done on my truck! Would definitely recommend to anyone I know. She drives as good as before!

Geico wanted my car dropped off plus these guys came highly recommended by my garage. My car was dropped off and a gentleman came out and said it would probably be August before they could get to it. I said that was fine. I get it.. these guys are busy. Fast forward two hours later and another guy calls saying he is the owner and boy did he have an attitude! When I tried asking questions he became irritated as he’s telling me the car never should have been brought there as he doesn’t take towed vehicles (I did that because the brake light was on but it is drivable) and then belittled me for dropping it off on a Sunday. How dare that guy hit me on a Sunday. I’ll have to talk to talk to his insurance company. Point is this guy is incredibly disrespectful and pretty stupid to treat someone in

Got my car fixed here and my side mirror is now non functional after I picked up my car. Employee stated he had nothing to do with it although he changed the door connected to all wires. Not coming back here but thanks.

Tim and his staff were great to work with after our car was stolen from the parking lot at Shearer Acura and destroyed by drug addicts. He was patient with my wife and I who were very much distraught and likely not very easy to work with. These guys are very good at what they do and provide excellent customer service taboot.
