I had an excellent experience with Dunrite Transmission and Auto Care. They did a fantastic job installing a new transmission, and my vehicle now runs better than it has in a long time—smooth, reliable, and noticeably improved. On top of that, they took care of several other issues that needed attention, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish: honest, professional, and very easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. I just wanted to drop a few lines of thanks to Rodney and Chris and their crew. Nothing worse than breaking down on the side of the freeway on a cold day! I got a tow from Ben, great guy! He dropped me off at the Darlington location with an alternator that had decided it was done for good. So within an hour my vehicle was in the shop and a new alternator was delivered. It was a quick install and I was back in the road in time to get the rest of the ten hours of driving done before the snows arrived! I would definitely recommend their facility for any auto care needs! The good work was very much appreciated!

I took my car to Dun-Rite a couple months ago with a shudder that only occurred when I was coasting. They correctly diagnosed the cause and repaired it with what I would consider reasonable costs. They also run a total diagnostic on your car that is very helpful with knowing the health of your car. I trust them and will be using them in the future.

I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and thorough experience. Rodney was an absolute pleasure to work with. What I thought was a transmission issue turned out to be nothing more than a loose battery connection, saving me time, money, and stress I didn’t expect to avoid. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re traveling on I-95 through Florence, SC and need auto repairs, this is the place!
