Dundalk Auto Spa Express

I was in this area and came to check this place out, but my only issue with this place is the price for the super wash $28, which almost feels like you're spending 30 dollars just for an exterior car wash, which is insane, but it was worth it due to how dirty my car was from all that salt. Also met a helpful team member, Donte who I remember from the Halethorpe location of this car wash business, but I had a better experience with this location than any other. I wish that they could add glass cleaner spray to the self-vacuums just like how Canton Car Wash and Flagship Car Wash have theirs.

This is my second and last time coming to this car wash. I bought the super car wash which by the way isn’t cheap. But overall the actual car wash is nice. But when you go here you think to expect to be able to use everything they “offer” you. Like the vacuum and drying your vehicle. Not this time, every single station was full and instead of maybe being smart and putting a time limit so other people can use the amenities they turn people away. In it poor business on their part. Maybe when they know that the stations are packed and full you could inform the customers before you let them pay and not be able to use everything they offer you. It is absolutely ridiculous and bad business.

First time coming and recieved a free super wash! Very nice customer service as well✨ As a designer & marketing strategist; I love their business model and marketing strategy💙 Highly recommend other car washes to take notes!

The operation at this place is pretty solid, but not sure how well the wash performs on all vehicles, I paid $30 for the ‘super’ wash and my truck debatably looks worse, covered in spots and leftover soap after I went through

I recently tried this car wash as they were running a deal where you get your first month's membership for the price of one wash. When I signed up it said my total price was $28 instead of the normal $45 however I was still charged $45. I brought this to their attention and one of the managers told me she would refund me for the difference. Well that was 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my refund. Overall, the carwash is very nice I like how they offer free towels and a car mat cleaner but your car will come out soaking wet which is inconvenient in the winter. I would recommend going however DON'T sign up for their membership "deal"
