I would have used them if I knew how bad they was. They did a sloppy job replacing the damage that was done in the accident. They didn't replace the area that was damaged. They put that stuff u use to fill cracks and stuff. They said part's was like over $10,000.00 and they didn't replace any part's at all. Insurance Company was bit happy at all. Took it to Ozark Auto Body and they completely did what was supposed to be done. Dunkin Auto Body ended up losing $$$$$$ cause they had to pay the insurance company back. Ozark Auto Body showed a video that nothing was replaced they used body filler all over the damage areas and possibly used paint cans. Ozark Auto Body repainted the entire vehicle.

My experience was a 12 out 10. Done in a timely manner and beautiful results, AND two more points for an extra issue that would have been life threatening and expensive...which was handled quickly and at a considerable, fair price. Thank you Mike, Jordan, and The other talented technicians that have my car looking great and more importantly safe.

I highly recommend Dunkin they are the best! Mike and his guys did an amazing job on my car. It had hail damage with 300+ dents and now you cannot tell at all and it's a black car which will show anything. I am so happy with it! They definitely exceeded my expectations not just with the quality of the work, but also within the time it took to fix it. I cannot say enough. Mike is an expert in this field and knows how to treat his customers! I also dealt with Jason who is also top-notch! Everyone is great there and the work is amazing!

Dunkin autobody did an excellent job on my Ford Edge(Hail damage).He provided an detail explanation on what was needed for the repair. The job was completed on a timely manner.The Edge looks brand new.I strongly recommend Dunkin autobody for all my repair needs.

Our jeep had repaired here, however we have a headlight malfunctioning and our jeep emblem on hood hasn't been replaced. We notify this shop bout this time and time again they suppose to fix this week. Its Thursday late evening and they still haven't call me.. We going to get advise from a attorney to proceed in a case against this body shop.
