. not recommend you trying to get your vehicle inspected. Small towns in Pennsylvania don't have emission testing this place fails many vehicles for emissions when you don't have that second inspection for that here in Warren County Pennsylvania FYI only places that have to worry about emissions in Pennsylvania are the big cities like Erie County.
