My mom just called and they switched to foreign answering service and after 20 minutes of getring nowhere, she just hung up. She was stranded with a dead battery. Lost a customer, lost a sale. Many places are switching to this new answering service at the expense of the customers. Maybe try calling yourself so you can see how it DOESN'T work

THIEVES!!!! They stole everything I had in my car, saying it was the police. They were unprofessional staff. Please, if they take your car, take evidence of your belongings because they will steal it.

Don’t use this company called triple AAA. This company said they be here. 3 hours later never showed up. Called triplle AAA back come find out they was never coming did not even have the decency to call and tell me they weren’t coming. This’s the worst company every will never ever use them our recommend they are worthless

Well, Dunlap Towing was really nice and friendly however while my only car was in their possession with my registration in the car. They still requested that I bring cash only and a copy of the registration to prove that I owned the vehicle. I thought that was a little bizarre!

Shout out to driver Jack for coming and towing my truck to the mechanic shop for me.
