Dunlop Tires

Got my tires changed here and experienced the most disgusting customer service from the guy in the picture... after I got my tires changed I kept my car in the parking lot (which they DO NOT OWN OR LEASE) and went to get a haircut next door when the employee demanded that I move or he’ll block my car; He ended up blocking my car (which is illegal). Ended up moving my car to defuse the situation but I will never come here again as I was scared they may purposely damage my car while I am away from it. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS BUSINESS!!!

They failed my car for state inspection for rear brakes. I took my car to Sloane Toyota to have the rear brakes checked - the mechanic took me into the shop and showed me I had 50% pads left. I opted for them to replace any way. I brought the old pads to this shop and showed service manager. His mechanic came out and told me he can fail me for anything he wants. What a scumbag thing to do.

I have been coming here for years and only had wonderful customer service and warm welcome everytime I go there.Free coffee and Danish. I will be a long time customer for years to come. Very well trained mechanics and always give personal advice. Thank you.

I been there today and the guy who work's there it was too arrogante in answer his name is aldo. Don't go there, not recommended 👎🏻

If you go there for a oil change or inspection the guy would lie to you tell: ooou “ Me very busy with a broken English! Me help you is ok and than you’ ll stay there 2 hour he will say today only inspection because I’m busy. Oil change I don’t have time!!! Very unwelcoming and rude owner! Unprofessional! Save yourself the trip go somewhere else!
