The color specialist at this location (female) is the absolute worst. She doesn't greet you, ignores you, and is incredibly RUDE if you can even get her to answer a question. She makes you feel unwelcome and makes the whole store uncomfortable. Its been observed that she treats women terribly, but more helpful to men. However, the gentleman who work in this location WILL work hard for you and their customer service is top notch.

Deana was very attentive, informed and helped me by doing a carry out and by putting epoxy kits into my trunk since I have a broken arm in a sling .I traveled from Fresno to pick up an order they only had stock of in Visalia. Initially I was in Wow mode with how clean and organized the store was. I asked questions on masonry products and I received a well informed answer. I will definitely recommend Dunn Edward's on Mooney Boulevard in Visalia.
