Dunn Tire

My husband and daughter had a flat tire near Dunkirk, NY. The AAA who answered their call recommended WalMart and Dunn’s. Walmart said they could not fix tire for two weeks. They went to Dunn’s and were quickly taken care of. They were back on the road in no time. Very impressed with quick service there. I will look for a Dunn’s Tire when in the area from now on.

Dunn Tire and Robert in particular were great! I was traveling on I-90 on my way to northern NY, where I live, several hundred miles away, when I got a flat tire. I went to Walmart first, and they said they couldn't replace my tire for 2 weeks. Dunn Tire replaced it in under an hour, and it was very inexpensive. Highly recommend!

Told them the rims needed lug centric balancing, not hub centric. They said it wouldn’t be necessary. After balancing the new tires each rim had 12 to 15 ounces of weight. They all had 1 to 3 ounces on the old tires with no vibration. I was told it would be fine. Took my 69 Shelby for a ride and the tires are terribly out of balance. Called back 4 times to try and get them to rebalance lug centric and they don’t have the right equipment and never came back with a solution. Now I have to take them to a different shop and pay to have them balanced properly. Horrible customer service

Great service, very fast and efficient! I was rolling on a fresh pair of tires in about a half hour. The best shop for my tire needs, hands down! You won't find another place with professional staff as courteous and friendly.

Dunn Tire in Dunkirk, NY is awesome! We were traveling through Dunkirk with our RV when we needed a new tire valve stem on our tow vehicle (truck) urgently. They got us in right away and fixed it so we could get on the road again. So thankful that they were there to help us out. And charged us less than $10!! Would highly recommend!!
