This was my first time visiting their store. I saw the low ratings, but the prices were very reasonable. I went to many stores before finally choosing this one. There was a small problem during the tire replacement process, but they resolved it quickly. The staff were very friendly, and I will definitely come back.

2 months to get an appointment! The day I come for my 3 pm appointment… I am not told I am going to have to wait for over 3 hours just to have my 4 winter tires put on… badly run business… and you always end being charged more than you were initially told because of this or that… I work for transportation at SU university and we have a big fleet of vehicles… I certainly cannot recommend this business!

I bought my tires here a few years back and was in today for a tire rotation - a free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. I also had a low tire a few months ago and was able to pull up and have them all checked and filled if needed, also for free, no waiting. How many other places take care of you like that for buying from them? I have been a customer through many cars and will be for many more.

This is the first place that provided photos and test data for each part of the service. Today, Devon helped me and kept me informed of what was going on at each step and what my options were. He wasn't pushy and respected my decision about which service I wanted and which I didn't. That kind of service and information builds trust with customers and brings them back. Thank you!

Fast service very friendly. I brought my car in for an inspection, which it failed due to the tire tread. Their team also sent a full report with photos detailing all issues or concerns (cabin and engine air filters, wipers, and a photo of each tire with details about wear and tread levels) to my phone that was very useful as well. They called me as soon as the inspection was complete and worked with me to get the best tires to suit my budget and needs, then managed to also get the tires mounted and replaced in under 90 minutes even with a full schedule Overall I’m extremely happy with their performance!
