I have used Dunn Tire down through the years. In an impressively notable way, the Gates location stood out, far exceeding other locations! Thanks Brandon and team! Thanks for squeezing me in!! —Honesty matters when it comes to our cars! We appreciate the SMALL portion of representatives that we can count on when trusting them with our vehicles!

I’m new to the area, and bought 4 snow studded tires at Dunn. The manager and crew were very competent and helpful. They ordered and installed my tires without a problem; they even bagged my seasonals! They looked out for my car and my safety. 👍

Went to Dunn on buffalo Rd. Got a wheel alignment, inspection, and new tires mounted and balanced. Awesome guys! Everyone I talked with was nice and professional. The inspection reports were nice to see, emailed and texted to me while I was waiting. Did not once feel pressured or required to purchase any additional services that they offered. Got the car brought in and all services performed in about two hours which is quicker than I anticipated. Pricing was fair and car rode smooth and drove straight. All around good experience. Certainly recommend.

When I finally brought the car in for tires it was great. The Uber service was a huge help for me in dropping off the car - nice touch! The only reason for 4 stars is they never called me when my tires came in. I had to call them Otherwise very good

I've dealt with the Gates location about a handful of times personally for my company car. They can't ever seem to find our tires that we store there, they can't ever seem to find our billing account. I've heard this from other employees as well about the service. We've had to pay on our own credit cards and get reimbursed from our company, even though I have a voicemail saved from Scott the manager indicating our account is in tact and yet they still can't find it. They claim everything was switched over correctly after a system change, but found our company car listed under the name of our IT guy and not under the company. I called a few times prior to bringing it in this last time to confirm everything and still said this morning they the tires "should be there" and yet my boss h
