They put the wrong tires on the wrong wheels and let me leave like that, steering wheel calibration was awfully done, i went back to have it done again and it was even worse than last time, never going back to this location again. Front Desk worker Dante is a good employee.

I had to tow my vehicle to this location due to a flat tire. The gentleman I worked with was very kind and knowledgable, I believe his name was Dante. He brought my vehicle in right away and took the time to explain the situation and my options. I ended up purchasing 4 new tires and it was a great decision with our winter weather! I recommend considering Dunn Tire in Syracuse if you’re in the market for new tires or need speedy service.

The done team did a great job and had the car back to us and what seemed like no time. Unfortunately today they did not have a technician on site to do the free alignment check.
