After being rear ended they completed the quote in a timely manner. He even provided and installed a plastic wrap on the taillight to keep it water proof while we wait for the insurance claim. He did that completely free of charge. I didn’t even ask, he just offered it.

An unprofessional job takes a long time to finish the job, they assure you a job well done, but they do not accept the mistakes and excessively expensive for a job badly done.

We had taken our car to Navarre in lake Charles for repairs got it back and it was horrible brought it here and they repaired what they hadn’t and had to redo stuff that Navarre did. They will have our business for all repairs!

I can’t say enough good things about Duechain’s. I went in for a minor problem and they jumped right on it for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a great body shop with honest, hard working people this is the shop for you!!

This shop is always full of cars, and it’s obvious why. They repaired the peeling paint on my roof for about 3/4 if the cost at any other shop. The owner personally explained the process and gave me a military discount, which was sincerely appreciated since I paid out of pocket (damage was not covered by warranty). Work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, too. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this business.
