This shop is the best in Miami! They are extremely professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. They were able to install a windshield replacement and calibrate the sensors in less than two hours. I highly recommend Duque Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs. Give them a call and see how they compare to other shops in terms of professionalism and price. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They even installed my rearview mirror on the new glass. This family-owned business has been open for 45 years. They know what they’re doing. Trust them!! I’m giving this place 5 stars for many reasons but mainly because of the outstanding customer service. Those from Miami know that good customer service is hard to find here but this place is an exception for sure. First of all I called about 20 different glass places in the area and Duque had the best price out of all. He didn’t have my glass in shop but said if ordered by 2pm he’d be able to have it that same day if not, then the day after. Duque the owner is the one handling the phone calls and he was the one helping me once I got there. He was very courteous and easy going. Very nice guy indeed. He was super nice when over the phone and in person. He speaks both English and Spanish. My car was finished faster than I expected. And he took his time in making sure my window worked properly

My driver side electric windows has not been working for a few months. Due to my schedule I have not had the time to get it fixed. This morning I had clear schedule so I took it to Duque Auto Glass. They had done work for me previously, but until I checked their web page I was not aware that they did this type of work. The owner advised that they had to take a look, but most likely it was the motor or regulator. After about 30 minutes he comes in and told me that they where able to fix the windows without installing any parts. WOW! What honesty! Somewhere else they would of told me it was a part/parts and charged me. I recommend Duque Auto Glass hands down!!
