Ron the sales manager is a jerk. I was inquiring about a vehicle and the price. He said he didn’t care about Kelly Blue Book prices, and said people will buy it. I was asking about why the price was so high, since it was significantly higher than other research prices. Ron said, then don’t buy it! I didn’t expect someone so rude. I was asking about the price in the event that I paid the extra money and the car was totaled out. Ron said he doesn’t care about car insurance and there loss. I was trying to explain that the car is very overpriced, at which time Ron hung up on me. What a horrible experience! I was very nice on the phone. Just being a smart consumer. I don’t think I ever experienced such a rude salesperson and manager. Buyer beware!! Don’t buy cars from this dealership. Horrible

I am planning on buying ALL my used cars from this dealership. Bill was great! No fuss or salesy baloney with anything either! I drove the car off the lot and the check engine light came on. I returned it for a fix and picked it up the next day. No hassle whatsoever! Definitely a really great car buying experience!

They’re transparent about the vehicle history, and do what needs to be done to them before selling, but if something is wrong, for example, low transmission fluid level, they’ll top it off. Also, the price listed is the price, so there is pretty much no room for haggling,but it’s not like they try to upsell you on things you don’t need either. Also, they seem to slash the prices anywhere from $500-$2000 before selling. If you are looking for a quality used car, this is a good place to look.

I have bought five cars from Durham Hill because their cars always check out when I take them to a mechanic, they are easy to work with, and they strive to make the sale work that respects the customer. Brian and Bill are good guys, they shoot straight, and they have gone the extra mile each time I have gone there.

Honest, stand-up business. After buying (2) Camry’s, we refer all our friends to buy here as well. Every used car they sell is meticulously gone over and thoroughly fixed before ever putting up for sale. These guys take the stigma out of used car sales.
