Durick Towing & Recovery

I was traveling through Nevada over the holiday weekend in an old, regularly maintained vehicle. Crossing HWY 50 I had some issues, and by the time I descended out of Austin the truck lost power. As many people told me, I lost power in the one spot that had cell service. There was no answer at Durick that evening, but I was prepared to camp and tried again in the morning. Everything went great. The attendant on the phone was very thorough, and reassuring, and walked me through the time frame of a tow to Battle Mountain. She called back with a confirmation, and the truck arrived at the time estimated, given the distance from town. The driver is an experienced professional who had the truck on the bed in no time. Amazing service! What a life saver when we needed it. Truck broke down in Orovada, NV. Called Durick and without hesitation they dispatched a rig to our remote location and towed it to Boise, ID. Breaking down is never a pleasant experience but with one call to them, their professional care and service quickly relinquished our worry and stress. The entire experience was professional and kind. I was stuck on the highway in the Nevada desert with a trailer full of my belongings in July, and Durick was able to get me and the trailer safely to a mechanic faster than I expected. James (tow driver) was awesome, and Misty in the pffice was super helpful recommending places for auto repair and to stay. Great people to call for a tow.
