Original: Wow! Very rude on the phone. They bought a previously excellent shop called L&H, and it seems it's going downhill. I won't do business with them. Reaponse: This was in no way a sales call. I mentioned that I called because I had previously had repairs done by the company you bought. You wouldn't listen to a potential customer long enough to find out why they called. I was trying to bring my car to you for repairs. Sorry you get so many sales calls that it has you fending off interested customers.

Had front end damage to my truck and Dutch Automotive made the whole process easy. My truck looks like the day it came out of the factory. They worked with my insurance company and it was seamless! Brendan was great with communication and time frames. Only place I'll ever go to have work done for my vehicle!

Top notch!!! They go the extra mile too. Had my wife’s Passport in for some roof damage and they were fast and thorough. Kacy, Brenen, Tucker, and Roy came together and made the car look better than it did when we picked it up from the dealership at the time of delivery!!! Clean upon returning as well, inside and out! They handled our insurance company like pros and made the whole process painless. Thank you Dutch Automotive and Team!!

Insurance claim. Took 4 weeks longer than scheduled and had a multitude of excuses. Then we get the vehicle back and major mechanical issues that were supposed to be fixed were not. The entire time there was no communication and customer service was horrible. We would have to call to get an update; and they always seemed annoyed. Would say that they told insurance. Maybe call the car owner and update them??!! Definitely would not recommend this company. 🗑️ the lack of communication by Brennan was absolutely unacceptable!!! And I've read all the negative reviews on this company; and they always respond by telling the customer that they are wrong and just don't understand. So, I can't wait for this!!
