Didn’t take my money like others but the touchless car wash is basically useless! I had light dirt on my car and when I came out, it was still there plus my car was totally wet when I pulled out no real drying so I had to wipe the car down myself

I want my money back don't come here to get your car washed it will take your money everytime and overcharge you. I came today to wash the car myself, not the automatic, and it showed i was being charged $5, but didn't let me wash it. I immediately looked at my account and they have charged me $10. I will never come back here again. No phone number to be found on site to complain to anyone. I don't see how they are still in business

Soft touch auto wash scratches your car and the self wash station took $10 from my account when I used debit card without even spraying anything (water, soap exc) on my car!! 20 seconds later after swiping my card, i'm charged $10. I pushed the stop multiple times before it finally stopped charging my card.. 2-7-25. If I could get the owners contact information that would be great. Thank you.

The owner of this car wash accused me of committing a crime that I was not even aware of. I cleaned out my car in my job's parking lot putting some trash from my car in a trash bag prior to going across the street to his car wash where I took part of my break, ate, then proceeded to clean the rest of my car out. I put the trash bag in one of the trash cans and thought nothing of it and left as I was done cleaning my car. I received a letter in the mail where he stated he was going to call the police and press charges on me (a teacher- who serves her community, who has never committed a crime in her life lol) he assumed I had took trash from my home (in a whole other city) and threw it away in his trash can because he obviously went through the bag and found a piece of mail with my name on

Paid $10 but the handle was broken. Couldn’t wash my truck. No phone number posted on building To call
