Nhan is really wonderful! He is very attentive to detail and got my rear brakes done (rotors&pads) for a very reasonable price with included warranty. He also went above and beyond and picked me up after he did the job so I wouldn’t have to walk in the cold wintry weather! I was trying to save on not getting an uber. I felt so safe and understood. He makes you feel like you’ve known him always. He is very transparent, honest, fast, efficient and informative. He gave me good advice on how to maintain my car brakes so as to avoid future possible costs that other shops fail to mention. So kind and genuine human being. In this economy and overall state of human morality he is a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. T

I am writing this review because it needs to be said. Nhan runs his business as I would hope all businesses would. Dutton Street Auto Repair exceeds my expectations. Nhan went beyond the norm by keeping me updated on fixing my car. HE TRULY cares about his customers. I consider him a friend and an exceptional businessman. He bends over backwards to ensure you a great service experience which is a lost business mantra. He saved me a few thousands with his customer first practice. He is one in a million and I will always respect him for that. Bring your vehicles to him for great service.

Nhan is a very kind and honest man. I brought my car in because the heater was stuck on one setting. I don’t know much about cars, but he took the time to clearly explain the problem to me. He kept me updated on what was wrong and how he was fixing it throughout the process. The price was very affordable, and when everything was finished, he even gave me helpful tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I truly appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend his services!

Nhan installed my parts that I had brought with me and was very honest about the steering boots which I bought very cheap online and kept the original ones on. He even noticed my driver lower control arm was bad and ordered me a new one with warranty. He did it in awesome Job 👍

Nhan is the most transparent auto mechanic that I have ever met! Went to the shop for check engine light issue and he identified the issues and presented many scenarios of repair, depending on the results of previous steps. This is very reassuring, and you know what to expect 3 steps ahead! Highly recommended!
