My 2016 odyssey started having issues on a Monday. I called my uncle who works at Duwel & he had an idea of what was going on. Had my battery cleaned by autozone & ultimately still needed Duwel. My vans dashboard was lighting up like a Christmas tree Monday afternoon. By Wednesday it wouldn't start. Thankfully, I have a handy husband & used a device to check & it was the alternator. Called the shop again Wednesday & spoke with Mike & I was able to take it in right away. Job was done quick, efficiently & got a call 4:30 saying we could pick it up! We jumped up, grabbed our kids & took off! Super friendly, fair & I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else(hubby even tried to stay closer to home but ultimately changed his mind realizing I've been talking with them for days & didn't know I was

I bought a warranty from Jeff Wyler supposed to have been bumper to bumper. Nope they lied it didn't cover my issue 😒. Dodge dealership wanted 1200 to fix the problem. Mike and his crew did a great job. Anything not covered by my warranty i will always bring it here .... oh I forgot to mention the price Mike changed, 435.00. They stand behind their work .

From out of town and needed my A/C taken care of. A different shop recommended this automotive spot as they were books 6 days out. Duwel got me in luckily same day and let me know what I need to do when I get back. This could have ruined our vacation. We already had a 10-hour drive without heat. We didn't want to do the same on the way back. If we lived nearby, we definitely would be back for more repairs!

Not sure why I haven’t left a review here yet, but this guy is the best mechanic on the west side. Never sells anything you don’t need and keeps your car running and offers great prices. My cars at 250k miles and I’m sure it’ll get to 300k with his shop
