These guys are not thorough with communication, constantly upping the price and adding on things to bill. They made repairs without my approval and still charged me even though I did not ask for those repairs.Still ended up paying $3,700 for what needed to be font which was overpriced but since they were recommended to me I figured they would be top notch. They gave me a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty. Not even 4 months later I have an issue with oil leak and of course they could care less about honoring warranty and making up reasons just to up charge saying it’ll be $500.00 this time around for new repairs. Dude Jesse in the front is dismissive seems like he don’t want to to talk don’t even make eye contact when speaking to you. These people are solely for the money would not recommend

Five stars to the crew at DW Autoworks. My vehicle was the gift that kept on giving, and despite its complexity, Jessie and Dave powered through! In the end I paid much less than originally quoted, and am so very pleased with the outcome!! Thank you guys, our gratitude for your service and support!

WOW! Dave and DW Autoworks are awesome! I brought my car by here in a time crunch and Dave made it happen. He explained everything in great detail and went beyond great service. Update Jan 2025 - I brought another car here to get an alignment and as always continued awesome service by Dave and Jessie. They communicate and answer any question I have.
