My first visit, but certainly not my last. World class service from Tony and his very competent crew. You will appreciate them as well when you bring your ride on for servicing. They replaced the water pump on T-Rex today and he's smiling again. Thanks Tony. You're the best

Tony is a real jerk and is very condescending towards customers. Goodyear has definitely declined in the quality and service especially franchises. If the issue isn’t obvious to them they don’t care to go through the troubleshooting process to repair the vehicle properly instead they’ll make excuses and tell you “they don’t know where to start”. After finding out the techs aren’t Certified as required and they aren’t able to repair certain issues is disturbing and took my business to a better shop.

Fast and friendly service. Received an oil change and tire rotation in just under an hour. I was also informed about upcoming maintenance. Will be back.

Always prompt and friendly, I never feel like they are looking to get over on me and the location is very convenient for me. Marcus, that I believe is the manager and usually up front, is very kind and explains anything needed or options very well.

As usual. I was warmly greeted. I always find the staff knowledgeable. The work on car was done quite well. Worthy of special mention - Weather held us back past the closing time. One member of the staff stayed and waited for us.
